Description of responsibilities

  • Attentive support and customer relation management (captains, crew, managers) present in the shipyard.
  • Management of customer needs through services offered (from booking to final invoicing):
    • Checking the quality standards of the services offered.
    • Selection of accommodation and booking management.
    • Selection of rental of all types of vehicles and management of bookings.
    • Invoice management of all services contracted by the department.
  • Completion of administrative and reporting tasks for the department.
  • Management of medical assistance.
  • Management of health, beauty and wellness services
    • Management of training courses for crew members.
    • Information and management of bookings for sporting, cultural and leisure events in the city and beyond
