Description of responsibilities
- Attentive support and customer relation management (captains, crew, managers) present in the shipyard.
- Management of customer needs through services offered (from booking to final invoicing):
- Checking the quality standards of the services offered.
- Selection of accommodation and booking management.
- Selection of rental of all types of vehicles and management of bookings.
- Invoice management of all services contracted by the department.
- Completion of administrative and reporting tasks for the department.
- Management of medical assistance.
- Management of health, beauty and wellness services
- Management of training courses for crew members.
- Information and management of bookings for sporting, cultural and leisure events in the city and beyond
