Tools & services
We have a 2,000 tonne Syncrolift, and the new 4,800 tonne Shiplift inaugurated in 2019 to increase our capacity to serve ever larger yachts. The world’s largest yachts can stand in our 220m dry dock. We have on-site workshops for suppliers and contractors and dedicated, experienced teams to support project management, purchasing, and crew.
New fittings centre
Our new fittings centre, a 1600m2 facility dedicated to the paint, service and storage of superyacht fittings, is equipped with the latest technology and features to provide the optimum conditions to deliver the highest paint performance.

Syncrolift®
Our 2,000t Lloyd’s-certified Syncrolift hoists vessels up to 70m in length and transfers to one of seven hard-standing slots. Tugs and shore crew are available for vessels unable to safely manoeuvre.
Syncrolift Quay
A docking quay for three vessels between 40-50m in length
North Quay
A 125m docking quay that can accommodate two yachts between 45–70m in length
Testero Quay
Docking for yachts up to 50m in length
Offices & workshops
Our 11,200m2 main building houses our administrative offices, warehouse and numerous specialist workshops. There are 2,500m2 of warehouse with storage, shipping and receiving, ideally suited to paints and materials.
Hangar K
A dedicated facility for dry dock works including rigging, tent preparation for covered paint works and repairs and other activities. Storage options for clients and partners are available.
Occidental Quay
A docking quay with capacity for up to two yachts between 80 and 100m in length

Our 220m dry dock allows us to accommodate the world’s largest superyachts

A docking quay with the capacity to berth yachts between 80 and 180m in length

Our South security entrance is staffed and monitored 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Main entrance
We are fully compliant with the International Ship and Port Facility Security Code (ISPS), which protects port facilities and the vessels in them. The shipyard is only accessible via security entrances staffed and monitored 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Travelift
150t travel lift, ideally-suited to haul out smaller vessels and tenders for work in the Dry Working Area.
Dry working area
15,600m2 of hard-standing space for yachts up to 35m to carry out works such as rigging, tent preparation for covered paint works and repairs. Tents are available for works requiring controlled environments. Storage options for clients and partners are available.
Clock building
Our clock building is one of the oldest and most emblematic buildings in the Port of Barcelona. It is the home of our customer care department, contains fully equipped office space available to clients, and hosts special events.

4,800-tonne shiplift
Inaugurated in October 2019, the new 4,800-tonne shiplift can host up to 9 yachts , each with lengths up to 115m LOA, on 24,000m2 of hard standing space at any one time.

Safety and Security
