MB92 Group announced today that Jean-Marc Bolinger has stepped down from his role as CEO. During his time with the company, Jean-Marc has played a pivotal role and driving the growth of MB92, a global leader in superyacht refit.
The Chairman and the Board of Directors thank Jean-Marc for everything he has brought to the Group during his tenure, including his key work developing synergies between our shipyards in Barcelona and La Ciotat. His leadership has been integral to the continued progress, and MB92 wishes him the very best in his future endeavors.
Group Vice-Chairman Ben Mennem will assume the role of Interim CEO until a new CEO is appointed, supported by Chairman Pepe García-Aubert, the Board of Directors and the existing management. Ben Mennem has been in the superyacht industry for more than 40 years and led the shipyard in La Ciotat for 25 years until becoming Vice-Chairman of the Group in 2023.
