We are looking for a logistics specialist dedicated to receiving, sending, and delivering parcels to the crews of our customers.

• Manage efficiently the reception, storage, and distribution of parcels for our yachts, ensure their delivery within the agreed timeframes.
• Work closely with various teams to coordinate logistics operations and ensure transparent and smooth communication.
• Provide high-quality customer service by professionally responding to crew members’ requests and proactively resolving issues.

• Significant experience in logistics or in the maritime business.
• English, both spoken and written, to communicate effectively with our international crew members
• Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve problems effectively and proactive.
