Reporting to

Group Financial Controller

Responsibilities:

Participation in the development of MB92’s annual budget and forecast.
Analysis and monitoring of project billing information.
Preparation of provisions.
Monitoring and analysis of deviations.
Participation in the monthly closing process.
Monitoring and control of key financial management indicators of the company, such as the indicator on occupancy statistics.
Preparation of reports for all departments.
Coordinate different functional areas, maintaining communication with all departments affecting the company’s accounting.
Assist in incidents and inquiries arising in SAP FI in both Barcelona and France.
Assist the Procedures & Cert. Coordinator in detecting non-conformities in their areas of responsibility and follow-up until closure.
Coordination with other Group entities on controlling matters and closures.

Education:

Degree related to Business Management and/or Economics.
Advanced knowledge of Excel and SAP in accounting management will also be positively valued.

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting.
