• Professional skills
– Mandatory: Excellent business writing skills in French
– Mandatory: Very good level of spoken English
– Mandatory: Microsoft office (Word, excel, Powerpoint, Outlook…)
– Previous experience using content management systems (eg. WordPress), CRM databases (eg. Salesforce) or design software (illustrator, photoshop) is a plus.
– Prior experience in internal communication, community management or events organisation is a plus.

Communications Functions
1. Public Relations: Managing the company’s public image, handling media & institutional inquiries, assisting in local communications around the organisation CSR eforts (donations, education, sustainability, local sponsorships…).
2. Internal Communications: Ensuring efective communication within the organisation, engage with every department, assist with specifc campaigns and develop the content for the right channels.
3. Crisis Management: Developing strategies to handle any negative publicity or crises that may arise.
4. Content Creation: Producing content (articles, interviews, posts) for various platforms, including social media, newsletters and websites.
Marketing Functions
1. Market Research: Analyzing market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies together with commercial and business development teams.
2. Campaign Management: Planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns and commercial decks to promote the services or products.
3. Events Management: Executing and monitoring the events (commercial or corporate) organised and/or assisted by company representatives. Manage and sell sponsorship packages when needed.
4. Brand Management: Developing and maintaining the brand’s identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials, online and ofine. Manage the stock of merchandising.
5. Digital Marketing: Utilizing online platforms and tools to reach and engage with target audiences, including SEO, PPC, and social media marketing.
Strategic Functions
1. Strategy Development: Creating long-term communication and marketing strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
2. Budget Management: Allocating and managing the budget for marketing and communication activities.
3. Performance Analysis: Measuring the efectiveness of campaigns and strategies, using data to make informed decisions.

Travel: Occasional around South of France & Spain (Driving licence useful)
