Experience: 10 years’ minimum

The Senior Technical Manager within the Technical Office is in charge of identifying and providing technical solutions to clients.

He/she works alongside other departments and certification companies for the drafting of the specifications.

He/she helps with the completion of work by assisting the Project Managers, advising and monitoring compliance. He/she is in charge of writing technical reports.

He/she ensures the:

• Updating of technical databases
• Monitoring of technological developments
• Transmission of knowledge to the entire Design Office.

• Successful experience of 10 years as a Chief Engineer on yachts over 50 m or a Mechanical Engineer with at least 10 years of experience in the naval field (yachting preferred)
• Good knowledge of on-board systems (mechanical, hydraulic, propulsion, refrigeration, etc.)
• Solid technical knowledge related to ship repair
• Excellent professional English (writing technical instructions and producing drawings) – TOEIC 950 min.
• Rigorous, organised, and methodical, you are particularly reliable and imaginative in the face of the issues submitted.
• You are a team player and have good interpersonal skills allowing real cooperation with all internal and external stakeholders.
• You are open-minded
• You are adept at explaining your choices and their implementation.
