Pre-project

We create tailored project proposals, including detailed quotations and schedules, collaborating with your team and suppliers to prepare contracts (using ICOMIA refit contracts) and make all necessary pre-arrival arrangements.

During the yard period

A dedicated Project Manager serves as the main point of contact, streamlining communications and centralising quality control. A 360º refit service covers every need, supported by in-house specialists.

Following departure

Our full-cycle service ensures continued support post-refit. A dedicated After Sales team manages all requirements, including work coordination, whenever needed.
