JOB DESCRIPTION
- The Senior After Sales Business Developper oversees all aspects of warranty processing in terms of quality, scheduling, and margin and reports any issues to management.
- She/he collects responses from customer satisfaction surveys and submits suggestions to the Projects Department to help reduce warranty claims.
- She/he ensures compliance with After-Sales Service procedures and is responsible for updating them by integrating new IT tools.
- She/he identifies and sells additional services/work (including preparing quotes) in compliance with MB92 rules (margin, deadlines, quality).
- She/he monitors customer payments and validates customer invoices (which she/he presents and explains to the client) before the vessel departs from the shipyard.
- She/he develops service offerings for vessels outside the shipyard.
PROFILE
- Experience: Significant experience in a similar position within the yachting industry
- Education: Master’s degree or Engineering degree
- Background: Generalist or specialized engineer (preferably in mechanics)
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, and CRM tools
- Bilingual in French & English
- Rigorous, organized, and methodical, with a high level of reliability in handling important data
- Strong team spirit, excellent interpersonal skills, and a customer-service mindset
- Ability to manage stress effectively and prioritize tasks
