Voly and MB92 Group Announce Strategic Partnership to Integrate Pinpoint Works with The Bridge

New integration between the leading superyacht technology solution and the leading shipyard group, will deliver greater efficiency, accuracy and transparency for owners, crew and managers throughout the refit process.

Monday, 14 September 2026 – Voly, the market-leading software group for the superyacht industry, and renowned refit specialist MB92 Group, today announced a strategic partnership to deliver a specially built integration between Voly’s worklist management platform, Pinpoint Works, and MB92’s customer portal, The Bridge.

The integration has been long awaited across the refit sector and will allow worklists created by crew and owners’ representatives on Pinpoint Works to be shared seamlessly with The Bridge, supporting faster information exchange, more accurate quoting and streamlined workflows that reduce the administrative burden for everyone involved. Pinpoint Works, acquired by Voly in 2023, is Voly’s dedicated worklist management platform for refit and new-build projects, and this integration marks a deeper working relationship between the two companies.

The Bridge by MB92 was purpose-built to give owners, captains, management companies and project stakeholders greater control over their refits with real-time visibility of project progress and quotations, and the ability to manage project data and workflows in a single environment. The integration with Pinpoint Works extends connectivity across systems, stakeholders and locations, strengthening collaboration between all stakeholders and giving clients unprecedented control over their refit project.

Commenting on the announcement, Ian Flanagan, CEO and Founder of Voly, said: “With over 2,000 vessels now on Voly’s suite of products, and more than 80% market share among the 80-metre-plus yachts that are a large part of MB92’s clientèle, this integration makes absolute sense. We all work for the same people whether that’s owners, crew or yacht managers just in different ways and this partnership will deliver huge efficiencies for the crew and managers on the ground, while giving owners a new level of transparency and comfort. Yachts have always built their refit worklists throughout the busy season on pinpoint works and now being able to share that information efficiently and directly with The Bridge means quicker and more accurate quoting for the client.”

Rob Papworth, MB92 La Ciotat CEO, added: “We are always looking to further improve our offering to clients and make the refit process as efficient as possible for everyone involved. Partnering with the leading software provider in the industry, which is already used to create these worklist items in the first place, is therefore a natural step for us. It gives our clients even more immediate control over their project, from the first worklist entry through to the final quotation.”

Flanagan confirmed that the collaboration marks the start of a longer-term relationship between the two companies, rather than a single fixed integration:

“The work doesn’t stop here. We’ll be working with MB92 over the coming years, drawing on our 80-strong tech team to keep enhancing and improving the offering as we learn more from the client’s needs in the months ahead. This is a genuinely exciting moment for us; partnering with a shipyard as well-established and market leading as MB92 is further proof of the journey Voly is on. We have a clear vision at Voly HQ to provide a single platform that caters for all areas of the yacht, from financial management, maintenance and the crew, with our newly released payroll and HR platform. This integration will further provide a single place to run your vessel”

Papworth added: “Clients increasingly expect their digital tools to work together, and this integration is being designed to do that in a controlled way. It will be set up upon request, separately for each yacht and will work through APIs, allowing specific information to pass between the two systems without opening access to any unauthorised data. This controlled approach is essential because protecting clients and project confidentiality is fundamental to our clients.”
