Responsibilities:

Provide support in creating and supervising the visual elements of the brands to ensure they consistently align with their corporate identity, both online and offline, assisting with: 

  • Applying the brand’s visual identity and maintaining consistency in communication materials. 
  • Developing visual and creative strategies for campaigns in collaboration with the rest of the marketing team. 
  • Designing materials for events, exhibitions, presentations, and printed materials. 
  • Producing and editing visual content, such as photos, illustrations, and videos. 
  • Creating and maintaining a library of visual elements, such as icons and templates. 
  • Designing and managing “merchandising” items. 
  • Managing suppliers (product creation, photographers, production companies, etc.). 
  • Effectively communicating with internal teams to understand and translate their design requirements. 
  • Assisting the Procedures & Cert. Coordinator in identifying non-conformities in their areas of responsibility and following up until resolved. 
  • Adopting good environmental management and energy efficiency practices, leading by example. 

Educational Background and Additional Training:

  • Currently studying Graphic Design, Communication, or Advertising and Public Relations. 
  • Proficiency in design software: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or similar. 
  • Knowledge of photography and image/video editing (Premiere). 
  • Familiarity with design software and website design. 

Required Skills:

  • Basic level of English or French. 
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills. 
  • Creative mindset. 
  • Attention to detail.
