Reporting to

IT & Digitalisation Director

Responsibilities:

Assistance in the execution of IT project development and implementation:

– Management and communication with partners.
– Participation in the different phases of the project:

  • Scope definition and analysis
  • Follow-up planning
  • Assistance in the testing phase
  • Meeting milestones
  • Coordination of meetings with stakeholders
  • Status reporting and conclusions

 

– Ongoing projects:

  • Vendor portal through custom development with provider
  • Analytics and Data management

 

Required Qualification:

  • Degree in computer engineering and/or technical degree in computer systems
  • English language proficiency essential. French is a plus

Required skills:

  • Excellent teamwork skills
  • Excellent capacity in the organisation and coordination of multiple work teams
  • Ability to analyse complex technical problems
  • Project Management skills in implementation and tuning of new software

 

Experience required:

  • IT assistant with project management experience
