Customer Care Manager


  • He/she assists and supports the crew members present in the shipyard during their stay, in their yachting project (accommodation, rental cars, medical appointments…) and personal needs.
  • He/she welcomes and connects them to the city of Barcelona and surrounding area.
  • He/she organises and participates in activities and events organised for them on-site or outside, to create and strengthen good relations.
  • He/she registers all activities in the CRM.


  • Bilingual English and Spanish, and another language would be appreciated
  • Very good knowledge of the Office Pack
  • Good knowledge and understanding of client needs
  • Proactivity and ability to adapt to customer requests
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
  • Available to occasionally work on weekday evenings and weekends for events



  • Minimum 1 year in a similar position, experience of working in customer support activities, public relations, events or hospitality…
