On November 27, 2017, the MARINA BARCELONA 92, S.A. Board of Directors learned of the passing of Mr. Jorge Ventosa Garí, who was Chairman of the Board of Directors. Emotional remembrance and condolences were expressed by all directors, along with gratitude for his great contribution as the company’s founder.
On November 27, 2017, the MARINA BARCELONA 92, S.A. Board of Directors learned of the passing of Mr. Jorge Ventosa Garí, who was Chairman of the Board of Directors. Emotional remembrance and condolences were expressed by all directors, along with gratitude for his great contribution as the company’s founder.
To fill the vacancy, it was agreed to appoint director Pepe García-Aubert as Chairman
of the Board of Directors.
Likewise, the Shareholders’ Meeting also noted the passing of Mr. Ventosa and of his removal as member of the Company Board of Directors.
To fill the vacancy, it was agreed to appoint Alejo Ventosa Albert as a new member of
the Board of Directors.
